Description
Nose tickling bubbles release aromas of freshly cut green apple and lime. Bright flavours of green apple and citrus tantalise the palate, the perfect party starter to celebrate with friends and family or just to share a little joy at the end of the day.
Winemaker: Steve Voysey
The first fruit from young vines was hand harvested in the cool of the morning to retain fresh aroma and flavour. Such a small volume was whole bunch pressed and fermented with aromatic yeast to maximise the delicate floral and apple aroma and flavour. Post ferment the wine was traditionally fined with milk and fish extracts and bottled with a natural spritz. Just off dry, the palate is perfectly balanced with lovely acidity and sweetness.
Cellaring Recommendation
A frivolous fun wine traditionally enjoyed the year of production to savour the delightful fruit intensity.
