Perfumed with utterly delightful jasmine, peach and pink apple, this wonderfully bright Gisborne Prosecco is the ultimate sparkly treat. Fine bubbles burst with flavours of white peach, rosy apple and sweet mandarin. Joyfully wrapped with just a hint of sweetness and alcohol, enjoy with your favorite people!
Harvested in the cool of the morning after a wonderful Indian Summer – the grapes were gently pressed before the juice was cooled and slightly clarified. Fermented with aromatic yeast at cool temperatures to retain fruit and floral aromas and flavours, this wine then had bubbles carefully added prior to bottling/canning (?). One of the few NZ grown and made genuine Prosecco wines, we didn’t need to adjust anything prior to packaging, ensuring this joyful wine is friendly to everyone.
